You really, really have to give it to the guys from Jack ‘n Jill Calbee – they come up with the most intriguing and most unexpected potato chips flavors. And they pull it off.
The honey butter flavor has been quite popular in Japan and Korea ever since 2014 and now it’s finally in the Philippines, thanks to these chips.
It was definitely love at first bite for me. There is a great balance of both the honey and butter flavors, plus the honey flavor isn’t too strong/sweet so the chips don’t end up tasting like dessert (though that’s not a bad thing, come to think of it).
Each 60g pack is available for only P26, but if you’re a fan of anything sweet-salty like me, then get the 170g bag for P90.
Made from premium quality potatoes and seasoning and made under the Japanese standards of quality, the Jack ‘n Jill Calbee Honey Butter Potato Chips are very addicting, and even my seven-year old daughter Sadako is addicted.
