HALLOWEEN DONUTS FROM KRISPY KREME

I love Halloween. I love the spooky decor in malls, the horror flicks and Halloween specials on TV, the cute kids in costume during trick-or-treat, and all the candy. Oh, the candy. I also love how a lot of establishments release Halloween edition food and drinks.

Krispy Kreme, for example, has these cute-spooky Halloween-themed donuts.

Barbs, my motherly assistant manager, brought me and my assistants a box, and they’re so Instagram-worthy everyone made sure they’d take a photo first before munching on them.

There’s a jack-o-lantern, a web complete with a spider, a one-eyed monster who reminds me of that guy in that Pixar movie, a scarecrow (I think), and Frankenstein — complete with Kit-Kat as bolts. I know there's a couple more I didn't get to see and taste so I can't wait to visit the nearest Krispy Kreme branch and try the rest. They also have Ghostbusters-themed donuts so I am excited to see those, too!

They’d make great snacks during a Halloween party. I can already see them sitting pretty on the dining table. They’d make great pasalubong or baon for the kids, too.

I should buy Sadako a box, especially because there’s now Krispy Kreme Tomas Morato, which is near where we live. I’m sure she’d go wow once she sees them. I’m sure, too, she’d eat just the icing.

Check out the Krispy Kreme website, their Facebook page, Twitter account, and Instagram account.
