TIME FOR MAYON, MISIBIS, AND ME

I flew to Albay last weekend, and when I hopped out of the plane, a majestic view of the Mayon Volcano—no clouds covering it—welcomed me. I knew right then and there I’d have a blast there.

I stayed at the very beautiful Misibis Bay Resort, and it was love at first sight. I stayed there on my first and third nights, in different rooms—but both were really nice. The first one was bigger and sophisticated while the other was more boutique—more cute and hip.

As with a lot of great trips, I didn’t really get to stay inside the rooms, no matter how beautiful they were.

I spent a lot of time with other people, and got to know more about myself by being with them.

But I made sure I spent enough quality time with myself as well.

I encountered people, places and scenarios that made me think about things. Things that really matter.

I love traveling.
