For lunch yesterday, I had a caterpillar roll from a Japanese restaurant called Tempura. Those little green things kinda turned me off at first sight (they looked fake and sweet) but I didn’t really get to taste them anymore when I started eating the rolls. There was tuna, mango and cream cheese, and the mango was the strongest among all three. They all kind of just melt and mix in your mouth. For a nanosecond there, I tasted the cream cheese, and I wished the taste and the texture could have lasted a little longer. And oh, I'm really starting to love those ginger thingies, which my taste buds loathed with passion before.
