Discovered something really great from the foodcourt a couple of days ago: ice cream cake from Bake & Churn. While they have huge, whole cakes, I just tried a slice of their ice cream cake log in super chocolate flavor. What I realized is that it's better to wait a couple of minutes before attacking the dessert so that the ice cream is a little softer.

Bake & Churn also has a variety of special ice cream flavors - not the usual chocolate or vanilla. Will do my research and taste-test pretty soon.
